So I am in the kitchen- should I go out and watch the 4th quarter against Toronto?
We already have 3 points, and a 1st down and our 3rd string quarterback has taken over from our 2n string quarter back, and my close friend in Toronto has bet Toronto, who were favoured by 4 points.
No qback, no action, 12 two downs and a punt. This is so painful. Why don't we hire a quarterback? I hear Kevin Glenn is available. He was a 2nd string quarter back but better than Lefors.

I mean really; when is the last time Winnipeg had a overall successful sports franchise that came in first in anything ( outside of the university and college amateur leagues)?

That is the worse game I can recall the Bombers playing. They had THREE first downs after three quarters. It was not even a comedy of errors it was that bad.
If not for a standout performance by Winnipeg defence and an almost equally anemic Toronto offence the game might have been... What?

The Moose were first overall in the AHL last season.
