In Winnipeg the muted shadows are guarded and obvious.

Like the Erlking in Goethe's famous poem, the maleficence of Mr. Ggf's catch-phrases can sometimes be imperceptible. Mr. Ggf is planning to provide headlong conspiracies with the necessary asylum to take root and spread, and.....

This does not bode well for the future because in order to solve the big problems with him we must first understand these problems, and to understand them, we must build bridges where in the past all that existed were moats and drawbridges, and........

His comments are often appallingly peremptory, frequently off-point, and occasionally cuckoo. Nevertheless, they do tell us something important about Mr. Ggf. They tell us that Mr. Ggf intends to direct social activity toward philanthropic flimflam rather than toward the elimination of the basic deficiencies in the organization of our economic and cultural life, and.....

Mr. Ggf's mind is hermetically sealed against fresh air from the real world.

Back to the beginning earlier today and in relation to what the "new recycle program will cost" the city of Wpg taxpayers and or further steal from Winnipeggers...and...

And or which will shut the housing market down further because people may leave Wpg because of all the hidden fees and or property taxes etc the city of Wpg has been applying in the past several months or so to steal from winnipeggers pockets...and...

And the whole thing got derailed with the words "recycling TP" in response to another post this morning to me which I do recycle the TP cardboard role, and also plastic film roles, aluminum foil roles etc also already...and...

And eitherway the recycle program just like the garbage program will steal more money from winnipeggers pocket soon...GGF

Personally, I prefer the direction the City is heading with sold waste handling. The new bins are big enough to handle garbage for an average family for at least a week. A similar size container for recyclables will be a welcome addition over the present blue box system. If we want to contain expenses which in turn keeps our taxes in check, this is the first positive step to do so. How many administrations were unable to get to this point? Kudos to the Mayor and council for implementing this.

Freeman...I agree with the program in principle except there are still way to many unanswered questions yet...and...

And such as the blue box recycling program and cost?...and...

And if the garbage program is any indication then what?...and...

And what about the front or back lane p/u which haven't been ironed out and I'll touch on that one later...and...

And what about a composting program in Wpg?...and...

And like I said...too many unanswered issues that will cost Wpg plenty in the future as a result and or when they do get resolved...GGF

There is no cost except for the purchase of the box if you lose yours.

And if the garbage program is any indication then what?...and...
Indication of what?

And what about the front or back lane p/u which haven't been ironed out and I'll touch on that one later...and...
I have a back lane, whats the issue?

And what about a composting program in Wpg?...and...

What about a composting program?

Everything is free right Freeman?...

Recycling Blue boxes...and...

And "Unknown" if it will be changed to other recycle bins as of yet...and...

And or cost if so...and...

And so what if you have a back lane...What if the city decides to p/u everything on your front blvd instead?...and...

And what will that cost?...and...

And what about the compost program...and...

And it's unknown status to say the least what it may cost?...and...

And once again Freeman...No real issues because everything is free for the Freeman right?...GGF

and...and...and...

Where did I say it was free? Of course, it will cost and the costs will be subject to inflationary increases. The program is designed to contain costs going into the future.

and...and...and....and...
