Looks to me like they're running scared. Fineblit is only on the board to mitigate the WHRA's liabilities...nothing more.

Oswald insists she did not set out to deceive about Sinclair's death. I believe failure to reveal facts is as deceitful as actually lying about them as Postl and Wright did.

And so we don't forget the brown envelope affair... As much as many believe the Sinclair death alone was enough to ask for Oswald, Postl and Wright to resign, add in the brown envelope finagle. Both individually are grounds for resignations or dismissals. Together? Abso-friggen-lutely.

The Sinclair death was wrongful and the subsequent hiding of facts was deceitful. The arrogance shown by Wright shows a decided lack of compassion. Oswald, Postal, Fineblit all seem to have no clue.

The brown envelope issue showed a complete lack of good judgment. They should have known it was morally and ethically wrong. They should have known how it would be perceived.

Their arrogance continues:

Well, you know what usually happens eh...it's not the predicating issue but rather the cover-up that follows, that gets people in trouble.

This just goes to show that these people are just stupid (no other word for it) not to know this.
