I was going to check out Chris Angels show, but after reading reviews I decided not to.

I've seen Cirque du Soleil "O" at Bellagio and Mystere at TI. Saw Mystere first, and to be honest I didn't expect to enjoy it much but I ended up being really glad my wife convinced me to do it. I even ended up in the show but that's a different story. If you do go to Mystere my advice is ingnore any ushers upon arrival and go straight to your seats. Trust me on this one lol.

I know people who have seen Ka at MGM and Love at NY/NY as well, and hear good things about both those as well. Dont' know anyone that has seen Love yet, but I'd assume it'd be in the same league. If "O" interests you, theres also La Reve at Wynn which is really similar and produced by the creator of "O".

We are looking at checking out "O" I have heard alot of great things about it! I had a few friends who checked out Criss Angel and they were disappointed. A guy I work with was in Vegas last year and saw Jerry Seinfeld, he said the show was awesome!

I heard the same things about the Chris Angel show, basically it sucks. "O" was spectacular, both the production and the setting. The theater alone is pretty awe inspiring, like and old school opera house. It's pretty pricey but well worth it in my opinion. I remember paying $500 for 3 tickets, but you only live once is my motto.

If your looking to save a few bucks, the seats labeled "limited view" or something like that are just fine. By "limited view" they mean there is a small railing in front of you roughly 6-10 inches above waist level when seated. I wish I had know that when I bought my seats, I think the "limited view" seats were $50 cheaper each.

You really can't go wrong to be honest, the theater is a semi-circle and to be honest not one seat in there could be considered bad.

I'd check it out, it's like a giant acid trip come to life. I'm not artsy in any way and found it to be pretty cool.

We saw "O" last time we went, Mystere the trip before. "O" is definitely more of an experience over all from the moment you walk in the theater. The old school opera house setting is stunning, as is the performance itself.

Just make sure you go when you've had lots of rest. We made the mistake of going our first night in, and after waking up at 4am Winnipeg time we were having a hell of a time staying awake by the end of the show....which was like midnight by the time it was over. The seats were just too comfortable and the music was getting to be very soothing lol.

Best time for Vegas weather wise is spring/late fall. We went April and had highs of 28-30 and lows of 18-20 all week long. Absolutely perfect weather. Only go in summer if you LOVE the heat. Went in July and it never dropped below 37......at like 3am. Daytime highs were 44 to 47 :-) But I LOVE the heat.

I would never go in the summer....I am very fair skinned and generally do not do well in the heat. I can handle 20-25 or so that is why we are going in March.

Keep in mind that due to the extremely low humidty (<10%), temperatures in Las Vegas feel 3 or 4 degrees cooler than we're used to here. I found 30 degrees celsius in Vegas to feel more like 25 to 26 here. It was just about perfect. Temps of 19 to 20 actually felt a bit cool in the morning, worthy of long sleeve till it warmed up.

That said Vegas at 20 is still way, way better than what we have now :-P

Oh go hang around Fremont....it is fun.....you have fun. I came (holding up index finger and thumb) this close to just saying to hell with it and dusting off the MasterCard and taking that Wynn deal......right now a spa treatment or two would be perfect. Spa first, sleaze later. hahahaha.

Don't tempt me MizP....that deal you posted earlier for the Wynn is still available? Less than $500 for airfare and 3 nights at the Wynn is UNREAL.

That trip was for a march 8th departure off of travelalerts.ca......I also get other deals sent to me that are more "insider" deals because of affiliations. I cannot go anyway at that time because now i have a business trip out west so.....Vegas can wait for awhile yet. This is a good time to go traveling and to do trips that one would not do otherwise like say, a posher all-inclusive.....the latter having some incredible deals in the four star ranges. Lots of good deals right now and I do not see them disappearing yet.
