Part of the investigation, police said, is figuring out if either car
had emergency lights or sirens engaged before the crash. The car police
were pursuing has not been located.
Agreed. It would seem likely that a full description of the car and what was known of its' occupants would have been broadcast to other officers/HQ (wherever such things might be broadcast to). It seems plausible also the license plate number might have been noted.itsonlyme wrote:Police probe crash of cruisers

I find it a tad disconcerting that there was no description of the vehicle they were 'chasing'....
Surely, they would want to find this vehicle as soon as possible, for their investigation.... 'the car' is a pretty generic description.
