And how do some figure that this development contributes to urban sprawl? Its not like this is on the outskirts of the city. Charleswood extends 8km to the west, Waverly West extends 9.5km to the south, and this place is only 5km from Polo Park anyways. Does this mean that residential development is going to immediately pop up to the west of Fort Whyte? Not bloody likely!

Give everyone living on Kenaston ear plugs...or tell them to move to a residential street perhaps?

Stop using the floodway, convert the streets to canals (one big network of potholes), and we can commute via gondoliers!

West Taylor Ave is a residential street. A wealthy residential street.

Never tried the food. The old credo you get what you pay for is at play here. I have many kitchen and office stuff that I bought for cheap but has served me well. Ikea is a great spot for inexpensive rugs and wall hangings and utensils and light bulbs and meatballs. This is a great place to shop for university kids and for single moms and families just starting out. And for the filthy rich to stockpile their cottages.

People claim they'll never shop Ikea. Bullsh1te say I. Everyone will sop there. At least once.

I do remeber the people of Wellington complaining about it once when they were going to cancel the bike route .
