Speaking of "endorsing" CTV News ran a full NDP commercial during the supper-time news tonight. I understood ads were verboten on election day?

Was this a "mistake"? What does this mean? A HUGE fine for CTV?

I think I heard the same interview. Dude sounded WEIRD. He will not be taken seriously the way he spoke at that interview.
