That settles it then...

Wonder why so many people flock to Disneyland. They can see the same thing on youtube as well.

Ummmm, it's not the same as being there?

Ever wonder why Rona's set's up across the street from Home Depot? And Lowes? And Canadian Tire?

I suspect you will be another "flocker" who won't plunck down 3 G's either to go see something you can see here.

As for Disneyland, never been, never will. No reason to go.

And how does this have any relevance ?

you do know Churchill is some 10 Billion miles away right. I'm sure you are making a point somewhere, but I think you just want to argue about it.

Perfectly understandable. What the hell are all those bozos doing spending their hard earned cash going there when all they have to do is click on youtube. Thank you for saving us from ourselves...

Thanks Liv, I was going to buy concert tickets, but I'll just catch it on my laptop. No need to go to the beach this summer, just going to sit on my parking pad. Jeez/

This is one of those things I agree with GOM on, this will be great for Winnipeg AND Churchill. I can't wait, any upgrades to the zoo are a good thing. God knows this city needs the upgrades to give tourists a reason to stop here. This and the other projects (tubing hill, new museum etc.) coming along soon hopefully (Waterpark) will really change the family entertainment options in the city for the better.

Again, reading comprehension is not one of your strong suits right Pav.

As far as going back to a City , blah blahg. In 23 years in the peg, I've contributed more to it than you can in a lifetime. As a matter of fact, why don't you pack your sorry a$$ suitcase and leave . Perhaps you can get some experience living somewhere else and the City would have one less dolt to contend with.

Yes bonehead, none of these "flockers" on this board will plunck down 3G's each at minimum ( 5 G's once you add in food lodging and tundra ride ) to go to Churchill to visit polar bears, They haven't and now they won't have to ....its pretty simple.

Research visitor counts??????....ok, remember that count, then count it after our Tundra buggies roll in the park. I'm sure you'll see a big difference. God you are stupid.

Freeman, unless they guarantee that you can get off the buggie and go pet the bear, there is no need to get closer, as for youtubing beaches and you somehow trying to twist my comment, lets just say, any activity that you have to become physical in would be better experienced live ( I would suspect that holds true for the porn you may watch ).

So going to a beach and surfing, or flying a kite would be better experienced live....but watching a polar bear devour a seal after it slashed its throat, would work better on you tube since,

A) you won't see it happen at the Zoo

b) you have very little chance of seeing it happen in Churchill ( and that as you know will cost you upwards of 3 G's )....so you tell me how is my referencee to youtube somehow over your head ?.

Same goes for a concert if you can only afford the nosebleeds,
doh....most performers bring TV now, so you'll be you tubing one way or
another.Never mind, spend the money, to watch a monitor, I understand, its different.

Livio Ciaralli, enough with the antagonistic posts. You add nothing to a discussion with your tone and personal insults.

Livio Ciaralli could not help himself and decided to use my name in the above post. That is a bannable offence.

It's the first time I've agreed with Pav! It was shortly after the election that the sheeps clothing came off.

deanK, please do not be hurtful to JTF and GOM-
Their rapid aging is causing them all sorts of problems, and it is best not to insult them, as they may come after you!!

Sometimes people feel someone has responded to one of their comments in an over-exuberant manner and returns fire with fire.
After the person has calmed down, he/she would like to delete the response or at least temper it.
But they can't because the response is locked. Smile
