Same as last summer - when not working here at home I be chillin' at the cabin in the Whiteshell, drinking champers with juice, cheffiing, writing/editing, shooting wildfllowers and canoodling and kayaking....not too shabby. Let us hope this wet spell is over with for awhile?

I decided to take a week off in each of July, August and September, and keep a week in reserve. Other than a trip out to Sioux Narrows, I will stay in Winnipeg.

heh. THANKS!... now the real test is asking my wife and see if she gets the number of years right!

I cant get a divorce even if I wanted to. My Baba said two things to mean on my wedding night.

1) Congratulations.
2) No Koshelanyk has EVER gotten a divorce, you better not be the first!

Oh....hehehe. It's our 15th this year too.

Almost forgot about that! Summer plans 629694

But I have a work convention that is keeping us tied up until mid July. Then it is off to Minneapolis for 4 days ( and I might do a 3 day bike tour as well). Next year is Disneyland, and then we start saving for Rio in '16.

I have a week off the end of August and we are volunteering at the LPGA event at the St Charles golf and Country Club. Should be a very interesting time, I am part of the player transportation crew. Never know who I may get to drive aroudn the city for a day or two. We may also take a few days to go away but haven't made any big plans for this year. Our big road trip is next year, Grand Canyon, Napa Valley, San Diego so we are saving for that.

Sounds like a very interesting vacation this year, especially for an LPGA golf fan.

We went to Rogers Cup last year in TO. I'm not a huge tennis fan but my wife is. I thought it was great ( athletic women in tennis attire didn't hurt either). She wants to see the Mens in the next couple of years , but I told her IF we go to a Canadian Spoting event before we go to Oly in 16, then it is grand prix in Mtl.

We are quite enthused about the tournament considering it is a top 5 tournament on the LPGA schedule (2.5 million US purse) and always draws a lot of the big name players. Last year the tournament was in Calgary and 49 of the top 50 players were there.
