Just talking to a couple colleagues. One is getting up early Sunday morning to hide Easter eggs for his grandson. Another is preparing Easter dinner for 30!

I am heading to a family Easter dinner where there will be about 15 or so of us. These family dinners are always a feast. HUGE ham, Swedish meatballs, scalloped potatoes and other vegetables (some people...), etc.

You?

Unfortunately I will be in jail serving another 48 hours of my weekend jail time.

Jail time? For murder? What is becoming of our judicial system when we are jailing murderers?

no no.. not murder, I had a sound business plan that required no government support. The NDP did not take very kindly to that.

Even though my kids are older, its kind of a tradtion to hide Easter eggs. I bought some the other day, but now I can't remember where I put them? Thats not how its supposed to work, is it?

Yeah, that's how it works. Unless, you've "hidden" them in your tummy...

Thanks. That was my beloved cat Moxy who passed away on March 7/10, he was 13 years old.

Hadn't made plans, but going to check where all the kids will be on Sunday and maybe have a traditional Easter dinner....BBQ steak. Mind you, if I tell them, I'm sure that will be one of the few occasions when all of them can make it for dinner.

But, I'm telling you, I sure need this weekend. Another week like this at work, and I'll end up hurting someone. Where is that lottery when you need it?

I have a busy weekend in store. Apart from getting together with family on Sunday, I have to balance home renovations, resurrecting my old car, writing an article or two, blogging, a photography project, and attempting to socialize.

Kenny Shields is playing tonight. I had tickets and gave them away, I have seen him too many times and I am not into sold out bar nights anymore.

Ahh was wondering as it seemed to be an "older" crowd. #3 son works at Silverados, just busing and gopher work, but at least it convinces him to watch his drinking, otherwise he would be just like all those other people he sees.
