They were reporting Harper's intention to prorogue in the week prior to it happening, while he and the PMO were still lying about their intention to do it. Then they confirmed a day or two before they announced it officially.

We all know that most US markets would be dragging down the average since they are pretty much giving tickets away to get people in the stands.

I would expect that MTS Centre boxes would be on the high end of that range should they house and NHL considering the number of concerts that are also in the arena on a yearly basis.

yeah I would think so too... Considering if GOM is right ours go for 60K right now. Double if the NHL would be an easy sell I would think.

No clue. I know some US teams are deep-discounting tickets. Not sure if that extends to boxes.

Gee Chipman sure was quick to can the rumor , not to say it might not be true . But it is not going to happen over night , when an NHL board member is behind it, the rumor maybe .

I got my Winnipeg Thrashers season tickets in section 207....not bad! I couldn't afford to get a pair of season tickets for both me and the wife, so instead we settled on splitting one set....she gets to watch the first and second periods, and I'll wait in the car....when the third starts, we switch and she keeps the car warm. My share of the tickets get extra value the more OT and shoot-out's there are....kinda like extra innings! NHL Rumours... The NHL is returning to Winnipeg - Page 9 Icon_surprised

Name will be Manitoba Moose (God do I hate that!). Announcement tomorrow.
