According to an interview with someone in Atlanta though...yes, they do come with money.

Unfortunately, they come with money and a request for more than just the team.

apparently (according to CBC news about 20 minutes ago), the Mayor is "encouraging" everyone to go to the Forks, and not Portage & Main.

Reports last week indicated that the main celebration would occur @ Portage and Main, with the Police pushing the crowed after a certain amount of time on down to The Forks....

I'm guessing it's just better to have people celebrate anywhere but on a roadway...
