The court has ruled aboriginals were not treated unfairly when the Keystone pipeline proposed by TransCanada Keystone Pipeline GP Ltd. was approved.

( you know we really got to expand the subject line so that we can get more descriptive subjects )

That is certainly good news. I doubt we've heard the end of this as surely appeals are in the works. But the hand is always out. Courts are only good when they win. When they lose they resort to "direct action". I grow mighty weary of this...

Under how to win friends:
Aboriginal leaders were disappointed with the ruling and were considering some sort of "direct action," according to Roseau River Chief Terrance Nelson.

"The indigenous peoples don't get paid from the pipelines," Nelson said.

"The farmers get paid, the provinces get paid, the federal government gets paid, every level of industry gets paid, everybody but the indigenous people."
BTW Fixed the link. http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/breakingnews/Federal-Court-of-Canada-rejects-aboriginal-bid-to-block-pipelines.html

Terry Nelson bitching about not being paid? So then WTF are they getting now? Not that I am a fan of TCPL (long term relationship professionally with them by proxy) but launching frivolous legal actions does no one any good....I would bet the farm that the good folks at TCPL/Keystone would have already formulated work/traing programs geared towards aboriginals.....

We've been looking for the thumbs down button. We think Deank ate it at the last sandbox breakfast. We also think it is possible that it dissolved in your last bottle of Crown Royal.

Please do know that I CAN be bought. Maybe for as little as a Hearty Breakfast Supreme at Sal's...

The ball is in your court rosen.

Firefox.

Not IE, not Opera, not even Safari. It's Firefox. That's the normal, stable browser and there is no other normal, stable browser. Any disagreement on this one is blasphemy.

Firefox.

Not up for debate.

Chrome isn't bad either...it's stable...just not fully compatible on all sites.

And...I can point you to at least 4 sites which don't support firefox...so until it becomes a universally accepted browser...I'm afraid some of us still have to bow down to the Gates Sad.

Okay list 4.... I have a feeling those sites don't follow web standards.
