He was screwed by Katz and that is a shame for he has done alot for this city , would not be surprised he moves to the states they treat him with the respect he should get.

Do ya think Katz is sabotaging Leo because when he's out of office, they will be competitors?

No because Leo did not support him in the campaign.

If there's one thing this city needs for 8 months of the year it's an indoor waterpark....pretty sad that Thief River Falls has a much nicer park than anything available here.

The "waterpark" at the Victoria Inn is not even a waterpark. A couple slides and a pool do not make a waterpark. The city tender actually laid out some very nice minimum requirements that would have seen something very similar to a 3/4 scale version of the indoor park at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin. Among other things it was to include a wave pool, lazy river, Flow-rider (indoor surfing), Master Blaster (water roller coaster), tube slide, vortex slide, splash pad and numerous regular water slides. That's a water park, the Victoria Inn is a hotel with a slide and not open to the public.

Well it is transit money so it makes sense the process wouldn't go anywhere. Maybe it's just this source of funds that is cursed to cancel all projects it is allocated towards.
