You're confusing ignorance with knowledge.

Two years ago, a lot of people were sucked into this scam.

This suggests to me that there are a lot of stupid people in Winnipeg...in high places...that spend our money without due diligence.

This "museum" fiasco is proof of this. The only thing that has changed in two years is that some more people have come out of the ether and have come to realize just what this mess was all about.
