Nope...this is a differnet friend. She's a single Mom and just recently went back to work FT so I'm sure they'll be adjusting what she gets.

If one does not count the aboriginal gang attacks, how safe would the North End be?
If the answer is "safe". then it is apparent that Winnipeg hasn't done what some U.S. cities have done, that is , contact the gang leaders and tell them that if any of the gang's members participate in an attack, the gang leader will be arrested as well. I believe that this caused an 87% reduction in attacks!
Arrest the bastards and no more out on bail, the next hour!

I'm TOTALLY against our present drug laws.
If we dealt with drugs as a medical issue, we'd free up enough space within our prisons to not have to build more right now.
