A couple (2) of teams from the East, just to get the Bombers back into the West Division.
1) The Ottawa Government.
2) The Marittime Unemployed Fishermen.

Ottawa is on the way, so getting back to where the league was, and the Bombers moving back to the west division.
Quebec City seems like a logical choice. Laval is just killing in university ball in a small stadium with about 21k average attendance. Good market I believe.
Atlantic Canada too is a logical expansion location. Moncton? Halifax?

Well, if we are going to expand, it's gotta' be east....the Merritimes...perhaps New Brunswick. Forget Newfie, they'd want to play with a cod instead of a football.

Halifax alone would attract alot of armed forces personnel to the attendance.

Yes there needs to be more of a drive to make the league a coast to coast thing , the east coast area makes sense too.
