Whats the big deal? Some small c conservative women want to dictate what other women wear and when they wear it?

Its not like her 14 year old daughter is being told to come to gym class in a bikini, say, like all the magazines she likely buys her daughter, with said magazines telling the young women of today what to wear. Whats the big deal?

The biggest problem with the article is this quote:

"I don't doubt these women are athletes but it makes being good looking a
prerequisite for playing a sport," said Veilleux, 26. "A lot of girls
already don't feel comfortable being in sports."

The incorrect assumption is that athletic follows from being good looking. Good looking follows from being athletic.

and you dont even have to be "skinny" for that to hold true. Guys or gals. the more athletic/active you are the better you look.

You can be 200lbs overweight and as long as you are fairly athletic you have a better "glow".
