I've seen this guy's ads plastered to benches around River Heights/Corydon. Is he a Rod Stewart impersonator, a Stewart superfan, or just being ironic because his name is Rod?

His photo/ad was kind of catchy back in the 80's when Rod was hip and hot. I must say though - everybody knows what you're talking about as soon as the lok-alike thing is mentioned. I'd say his strategy is working fine.

I've seen the "I NEVER SLEEP!" slogan on his signs. Hubby and I giggle when we drive by.

Watch me meet him in person one day, and fail miserably as my mind darts to this thread and all I can think of is "BRAINS! BRAIIIIIIIIIINS!!"

we went to a film showing at Cinamatheque a few years back - a retrospective of VPW programming. There was a social afterwards. Wifey won a hunky bill perogy maker, a switchback ( cbc show) bag and a six pack of RC cola.

I picked up the DVD at McNally's. Gotta love the cosmopolitans!

There is only 1/2 of a case of those still available. (kernhill bought a whole bunch of cases of them and gives them away near christmas sometimes. The last christmas the last and final case was open)
