I did not make up a word....that comes from a South Park episode where this alien race uses the word Marklar for everything.....so there..... How does the City and mayor get away with stuff like this? - Page 6 521148 hahahahahahahah!

Exactly Pav and haven't you noticed the Sammy politics which are always the same all the time...

First he makes and approves the deal publicly and then the deal that was made public by him is only then run through council etc afterwards...

And which is why I resent the Sammy politics and specifically because they are "undemocratic" in my opinion...

Regardless how you may view the stadium deal, we should all see this for what it really is: another in a long list of Katz flip-flops. First, he takes the millions of dollars in federal money for rapid transit and sends it back, saying he'd rather spend it on local community recreation. Well, what have we really seen? Then he spends a whack on bus rapid transit from Main Street to Jubilee. Now, he's decided that BRT isn't the way to go and the city should look at light-rail transit after all. Shucks, we'd HAVE rapid transit right now if he hadn't pulled that community recreation shell game! Boy, that indoor waterslide complex really turned out well, didn't it?

Here, first he is all gung-ho on the stadium. Until he gets cold feet and wants to offload responsibility for due diligence to the banking sector. If it works, he gets credit. If it doesn't work, it's all the banks' fault.

greeblok JTF and Sammy has had 5yrs to change his ways and is only now apparently trying to do so and I cannot help but draw to the following conclusion...

An election needs to be called soon...

And or perhaps his spin etc may now change because of this...
