I have a question tho.
:"NDP human rights critic Wayne Marston introduced legislation Monday
making it a criminal offence to use information known to be derived
from torture."
so... lets say that Russia grabs a guy off the street and torture him.. he tells them that all the MPs and MLAs in Canada will be assassinated at the same time no matter where they are. The plans are credible
Russia goes to tell Canada and says yeah we were torturing this guy and he told us.. blah.
Then what? we allow all of our MPs and MLAs to be slaughtered?
