It is called stupidity in both cases which happen , and the fact that there could be a underlying reason for what he did . Sorry if it is hard to catch on.

Sad part is we have made it to easy to do the wrong thing , there is no fear of the law . We have made it OK to not go to school and be dense as welfare will look after you . There are to many easy ways out of the fact that it is up to you to be a success in life .
There are people out there who have never set foot in a school and have not been schooled at home , Most of these problems can be avoided by smart parents . Not to say it would not happen with them, just alot less likely .
Parents have and seem to be for ever off loading their responsibilities on who ever they can . This man off loaded his on the children them selves . Too bad they were not prepared for it which he was not smart enough to see .
The law here could have done nothing sad to say less we out law stupidity.

Would be nice to have a different system of governing this country. We are on the road to ruin just like the USA is. Time to Implement a true Republic.

Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC and NWT, Yukon and Nunavut should seperate from Canada and form the Republic of Western Canada. I bet we would prosper with out the Oligarchy of Quebec and Ontario telling us what to do.

That's all I have to say about that.

Democracy's do not work. History is full of proof, in fact there has never been a successful democracy. Republics have been the most prosperous and have extended the most freedoms to its people.

Just no medical care least you can afford it , and if you want to spend all of your money figuring how to kill us all. Just look south theres a real shinning example .

Personally I will stay with ours not perfect but not as stupid as theres . No offence but theres is to open to corruption and it is far to silly 3 yrs to elect your leader all said and done . The untold millions on an election while most children have no proper health care , most Americans don't either . The driving force of their nation is greed to the max and the so called American dream .

Well we are not and will not be perfect and have problems too I find them easier to handle to theirs . People who hold their system in reference usually really don't know what they have already . If you like it so much move there.
