so lets see... 30 "rooms"? 60? how many should this have?

What kind of tax besides PST and GST? should we charge a city tax of 7%? or maybe just a yearly license fee per room?

Like any good club the members are expected to pay a minimum each month for services whether they use them or not.....run it like a high-end spa/gentleman's club.....hell, at least one hundred rooms.....go big or don't bother. Hehehehe. Hire real women (no fake tits), nothing tacky and make sure that there are the special services available for the discerning Story of O type crowd as well. Cater to couples who need to spice up their vanilla sex lives....hell, the possibilities are endless.
