Nice gal eh?

How come if WE can see the system is totally failing that those in the system cannot? Are they so blind? Or is it they just don't care?

oh but she was never found guilty yet.

Umm the term were... no drinking, she was found drinking and/or drunk. We need fast track court for breaking of terms.

This crap has happened more then once, perp gets charged and released and released and released and released for breaking terms, but because it is not proven in court that terms were broken nothing technically happened.

Bullshit we need courts open 24 hours just to deal with people who break terms. No delays no nothing. Instant on the spot judgement of them breaking terms or not and if they did, then they wait in jail for trial on original matter.

[quote="Deank"]I cant even begin to imagine how this baby will survive. A few shakes and it messes them up. How bad is this going to be?
The worst part is, there is nothing we can do to help. Or is there? Anyone have any ideas on how we can help?

Hello...I'm a newbie here, was given this site from someone who read a comment I wrote on another site. He said this may be a good site to tell you of my plans for a rally and so I'm hoping you and fellow readers may be interested.

I'm planning on forming a group to be outside the Childrens' Hospital in support of Vanessa (and the doctors and other caregivers...as they are probably affected by this as we are). We'd be there for about 4 hours, have the media there, and explain to the media how we feel about all this. Also, I want to form a rally outside the legislative bldg to send the message that defence lawyers SHOULD NOT be allowed to use the disgusting EXCUSE that the perpetrator was under the influence (drugs/alcohol) during the time of the attack.

The government claims that "WE, THE PEOPLE" make the laws...and a lot can be said for power in numbers.

I'll keep you posted on dates for the hospital group and the rally at the Legislative Bldg.
