If you wrote that I am sorry I did not see it GOM....eyes not working too good this morning..... I do not want to see vigilante justice being meted out on a regular basis for that is a dangerous gambit and having had dealings with the police with regards to trying to get scum like that off of the streets? The police were none too happy at that time, about five years ago, being told that they were not acting in accordance with enforcing the law. I can see from their perspective, their stresses regarding the light sentences being given to these offenders. I am glad I am not a police officer.

That being said we need a stronger, street level, police presence.....we had it some years ago but then it got removed....maybe McCaskill will look to implementing that strategy again.

The freep calls it that. I am not sure that 3 people from a "spray of bullets" is a mass shooting. To me mass shooting would be them coming in a wasting most of the people there or something along those lines...

I had commented earlir that it sounded like a gang initiation, and the radio just made mention of that possibility!
So yesterday there was an article on one of the U.S. cities trying something that got crime down 60% or more with the "gangs"
The gang members were rounded up, for a meeting and were told, we know who you are, and the next killing, all gang members will be treated as one. Then the gang members were asked what they needed, most needed jos, and they got them jobs, and a helping hand.
What we need here is the same treatment, because it just makes common sense as all gang members are part of the conspiracy! File murder 1 charges, do not give them legal representation (joke), and do not give them bail (bad joke), so they are back on the streets.
No bail raised, and we have all the scum bags off the street! We could rent a bake shop to house them, and get them woring in the bake shop to pay for their legal aid!
