Freeman was around when horse-drawn carts use to deliver ice to homes.
They had 7-Eleven way back then?

Perhaps I should take it up. 102, no cable, puzzles, knitting all goes hand in hand. Should I also mention I have a newborn, so technically I am a housewife?

I think its actually a legal requirement that you take up knitting then.

In the world of the DVR and computers and MP3s, who here, honestly, reaches for their car radio thinking they just want to rewind it a few seconds?

Geebus, I do that all the time.

Not that, but we have a car with the radio buttons also on the steering wheel and now I roam like there is no tomorrow....never satisfied with what's on. It's a curse I tell you!!

CJOB for Cloutier and Geoff Currier / traffic reports.
Fan 1290 for some sports ( when it isn't damn college basketball..)

Otherwise mainly MP3's. However, I'm quite happy about being able to get the CBC television audio feed via FM 87.7 so I can listen to the playoffs while I'm out and about.

Sirious: Blue Collar & Raw Dog

Sirius (aka Radio Nowhere) is spelled just like the white/blue star 8.6 light years away. It's nicknamed "the Dog Star" because it is part of a constellation.

Sirius is also the track name of the instrumental piece by Alan Parsons Project called Eye in the Sky.
