I am concerned that the Museum is going to be built at a great expense to Manitobans, is a statement that doesn't deserve an answer, as it is foolish, in my opinion!
The expense has been approved by Ottawa, and Ottawa is funding the $22,000,000 in running costs.
This is the 1st museum ever approved by politicians to be outside of Ottawa.
Manitoba is 3% of Canada's population so maybe you could argue that our proportian of the costs was $66,000, but even that is silly.
We are getting jobs and money spent in the community , if anyone does show up! This is a winning proposition!
The letter may be answered, but I do not think that there is anything going to be proved by how long it takes to be answered!
It is a dumb letter, written by someone who clearly does not understand the positive thing the museum is!
It is a letter written by someone who clearly is suffering from being stuck in Winnipeg after a 35 day freeze in the weather.

Well put it can;t hurt we need the 22 mill no one else is going to give it to us. In a salary for a company to locate here . Less someone can find it and keep it here .

Before you go hurling insults at me, you do realize that I'm not in Manitoba at the moment don't you? I've got the feeling that time will vindicate all the opponents of the museum. It's not needed, as there is the Forks is clearly being overdeveloped already.

I wouldn't bother. You really didn't want an answer, you just wanted to poke at them. I wouldn't answer a letter like that, because no matter what the answer would be, you wouldn't accept it.
