Thats pretty scary when the President of the USA openly threaten violence against his own people.

but at least they will be without debt!

so what Obama is proposing...is to "borrow" more imaginary money to allow the US to pay it's bills a bit longer...without a REAL plan in place on how to reduce the debt load?

He says to raise taxes...on what? if people can't pay their bills now?

His plan would be like one of us going to the bank and saying "Hi there, I can't afford my living expenses right now, and I certainly can't get rid of any spending (need my cable, need my phone, need my $14Trillion House)...but I'd like you lend me some money so I can pay my bills for a few more years...and then I'll see where I am"

Maybe a revamping of the welfare system? so there aren't so many freeloaders draining the government coffers.
Maybe readdressing the military costs?
Or court systems?
Or health care systems?
Or free handouts?

The US Government gives away more than $500M/year in grants (for various things). Maybe they could rethink that?
To be fair though...many of the grants given away are investments in new programs which actually benefit people, and/or create a new industry (thus bringing in new tax dollars)...but the same could be achieved through private enterprise.
