Maybe Layton should instead tell his buddy Greg Selinger to take some of the billions he is wasting on the West Side Bipole route and use it for disaster aid.

What I dont understand about the entire comment is that EVERY SINGLE DISASTER there are negotiations and back and forth before its decided how much each level of government will kick in.

As for "preventing" instead of dealing with disaster aid.

ahem.. NATURAL DISASTERS CANT BE PREVENTED..

sure.. better planning.. more dikes, etc. to deal with FLOODING..but that aint preventing it.

Layton is starting to sound just like a puppet...spewing the same crap over and over....Layton has never been able to "get the job done" so that phrase is just a load of crap.

If he had any brains or balls, he'd move to the right of the other professor, and really screw with peoples' minds.Smile
