So I ask again why did not Brian do something , other then put some in there . Face it you can blame the Liberals all you want but no conservative has done much to change it either and besides it is not change we need, it is to abolish this bs once and for all..

nope.,... it was born out of the West.. one of the reasons the "reformers" broke away.
