I'm notorious for talking to myself when I'm working or concentrating.
Two weeks into a new job earlier this summer, I was creating a flash game, and while updating the code I decided to change the variable name in a countdown timer from "Seconds" to "secs".
I copied "secs" and was pasting it in the relevant places in the code, saying out loud:
"I'm going to need to have secs here, we'll have secs here, DEFINITELY need secs down there..." etc, etc, etc.
Everyone around the office heard me. Pretty embarrassing!

heh... conversation kept going and going.
well our balls are bigger then theirs and more colourful so I am not sure they will fit in there.
