Eagle Eye 2/5
I can't imagine sitting through this drivel a second time. The film tries to overcome its major shortcoming, the story, with over the top action. Many cars were destroyed in the making of this film. Everyman Shia Lebeof makes for a good slacker type, but he's too good at scraping with security guards to be believable.
You can see the plot unfolding from a mile away. Some of the gee-whiz graphics are neat, especially when our heroes see their entire electronic lives unfurled before them on multiple big screen televisions. Some of the scenes with the missile-firing UAV are cool.
Nowhere near as good as, say, the first Matt Damon Bourne film.
