one has to wonder how many groups of people even know what their traditions are any more, unless you/your family recently came over from another country, chances are the country continued to evolve into different traditions.
for instance.. Ukrainian Christmas... we celebrate it because of our roots right? But... what did they celebrate before that? Where did that go.. how long should we hold on to Ukrainian Christmas before letting it dwindle into the past?

I am in the middle of re-upholstering my chair. I got a nice French blue fabric with gold fleurs-de-lis pattern. Looks good. I will enjoy farting on the fleurs-de-lis, as I think about the french.

After I am done, the kids and I will go for a long walk. Then we have Supper, and then movie time for us. When the kids go to bed, I plan on cleaning out the old shed, there are loads of old poison bottles and other garden chemicals in there. I shall load this into the Van for the kids and I to take to Miller Environmental tomorrow.

I just remembered, I need to buy AAA batteries for the kids "leap frog - Tag Reader"
