A little wet. Snow is melting. Warm weather on the horizon. Forecast of 10 and sunny for Saturday...

The thought of dry sunny days is what holds me together during the spring. Its wet, messy and my joints creak more than normal. Can't believe that I actually got rained on today, its March 11.

Is this global warming?

Yes. Global warming indeed. Last year this day it was -25. I will take the rain thank you very much...

You are probably the one who is wishing for a massive snowstorm. I am hoping it keeps melting and we don't see the snow again till December!

We got the snow. Alot of it. Although it's melting away very fast.
We got more snow in a few hours, than you got in Winnipeg this whole winter.
The wind gusted up to a record 184 km/h in downtown Trieste, 212 km/h on the outskirts, and 223 just across the border in Slovenia. There was a sustained wind of 100 km/h, also a record.
I'll post a photo of some of the damage.

wishing? maybe... but it just seems like every time we "THINK" we are catching a break its just because mother nature is out at the store buying some more supplies

I remember last year especially I thought we were in the clear a few times but it snowed quite heavily pretty late in the season.
