The only people really affected by the new rules are the small minority of people that probably shouldn't be buying houses to begin with.

Any concurrent wide scale "cooling" of the real estate market will be completely coincidental.

talk about traffic, looking at houses to buy! We have gone out on 3 different occasions looking for a smaller house. Appointments seem to be booked every 5 or 10 minutes apart. What a zoo! They have the listing start on Thursday and Friday with appointments, then an open house for sat and Sunday and then offers opened at 6PM on Monday.
Whim, bam, thank you ma'am. In and out and sold! very efficient! No triflers please!

And boy do I feel sorry for the poor person who will want to say buy a house in Vancouver where the land alone price starts at around $1,000,000 which will mean they will need to sock away at least $200,000 just so they could go and cut the grass once a week after they manage to buy the land and to say the least without a house on it...and...

And or more bank profits "forever" in Canada to say the least...and...

Yup I guess Freeman was absent that day the army was giving instructions on how to read a map and now Freeman cannot find way to nearest optometrist to have eyes checked...GGF

Do you conduct business the same way you articulate yourself here? I have often wondered how folks who cannot express themselves clearly manage to have jobs where report-writing and making presentations are involved.

I mean really, why is it so difficult for some folks to express themselves in writing the same way they would speak? No one is asking for English Major levels of discourse. What some of us are asking is that one makes the effort to be understood?

I for one am tired of the cryptic nature of some posts here. Hell, they are not even cryptic nor clever - it is just laziness plain and simple.

Sorry Pav and GGF, I felt the need to say what I think many others were also apparently thinking. At first I thought GGF was using that writing style to make a point in his first few posts, but after reading the 10 or 11th post like that it was getting a little old.

I can make an ass of myself around here at times too...but at least my ESL writing is comprehendable 50% of the time. I'm far from a grammar or spelling nazi.

Actually, I taught how to use map and compass and was quite good at it. My vision is corrected to 20/20.

Pav I 100% agree with you...Since when does how something is spelled or written when posted more important then the message or opinion being posted?...and...

And how many of us are asking the few who are so bent over backwards to themselves change their ways such as they appear to want to force others to do?...and...

And as far as I am concerned it is a very lame "childish" excuse to say that these individuals are simply trying to understand what someone is writing or saying to justify their behaviors or actions...and...

And I will even go as far as to say that the same behavior is more of an attempt to silence the other individuals instead...and...

And it's all wrong in my opinion my friends...GGF
