And that is another thing.....I really dislike this party politics coming into civic politics, hell, even right on down to the school board level. I used to served on an advisory board for district one and I detested the petty politricking by some who were looking to climb up the ladder.

The NDP have been doing it for years. The Liberals and Conservatives, to a lesser degree also. The difference being that the latter candidates paid the shot themselves.

This is where most candidates get their organizational capabilities from.

IF the nippers actually go into civic politics (several web polls had alot more people saying NO then YES to the idea). They would be absolutely retarded to even think of running anyone against her. It would guarentee Sam the win even though he pretty much has it in the bag anyway.

Some of the wingnut NDP'ers (Steve Ashton backers) will want to get involved. My gut feeling though is that the Premier wants nothing to do with city gutter politics, and will keep the party officially the hell out of it.

However, if the WCC gets the Liberals and NDPers to back their candidates, like they did with Orlikow, then in all likelihood we will have unofficially NDP candidates (like Vandal) who will in all likelihood destroy the in the closet Tories (like Katz). But that depends on uniting the Orangemen and the Reds, which is never a sure bet.

That statement is no more accurate than saying all Tories are idiots or all Liberals are arrogant.... or is it?

No, no. All NDPers are wingnuts. Most liberals are. As are a few conservatives.

Historically this is true. Period.

Please note the "period".

Well, you're half right, all Liberals are arrogant.
