I find that their Sundaes are totally undigestible, and should never be eaten by players before any sport activities... They can slow you down to a 90 year old man status...

Yes it is in all areas....there just seems to be more in certain areas of the north end. I am speaking from my own personal experience....from what I saw living in the ne, pd and west end. I have yet to see such neglect in my neighbourhood...

There's usually less thefts and violence in areas where police officers live. I guess WPS officers all chose to not live in the North End...

Aren't most incidences of thefts in Winnipeg down 30-40%?
Could it be that the way they are counted has changed? that is usually the reason for statistics to be out!
The way the U.S. counts casualties, deaths in Iraq is real neat! Only ones that go through a mortuary count, which to me makes sense.
Critics say that many deaths, because the poor people do not have money for a paid funeral, go directly to a bureal , the next day , as is the religious custom.

No, that's crazytalk. I would camp out on the corner of Arlington and Redwood anyday, with my wallet loaded with hundred dollar bills 'yall with nothing to fend off scum, as this area is the safest area in Winnipeg.

i really like the idea of brining in workfare as a way of helping with the welfare/poverty culture in some areas of the city..

I find having a few beers in one of the fine establishments of the area, such as the Sutherland, the Yale, or even the Northern is a great way to meet new and interesting people in the area.
