The Massachusetts Senate has
passed the flu pandemic bill S 2028 that imposes a state of fascism
whenever the governor decides to do so in the wake of a flu pandemic -
like, you know, the one they plan to engineer. The bill authorises the
state health commissioner, law enforcement, and medical personnel to:

* Vaccinate the population

* Enter private property with no warrants

* Quarantine people against their will

* Arrest without a warrant anyone a police officer deems has violated an isolation or quarantine order

* Jail or fine at the rate of $1,000 a day anyone in such violation ..

and yes deank, I know you are not in Massachusetts and are unaffected and unconcerned.

Whats the flu got to do with the subject? Oh right, another government conspiracy.

I think taxes could be reduced considerably if government at all levels would just stop coming up with these conspiracies. You could probably eliminate entire departments.

Then again I dont see most pot dealers putting labelling on the little baggies saying how great it is for cataracts so its pretty much a moot point.

You can tell people what you think the benefits of various plants are, so long as you are not at the same time selling them that plant or telling them whom to buy from.

Could I suggest to the benevolent, omnipotent and always loved mods that perhaps there should be a single thread to disclose all conspiracies. It seems that they all get mixed together no matter what the subject.

health products (NHPs) on a government approved list can be sold.

other NHPs they want. They can only access those which the State grants

Canada
is in the process of moving towards the German model. Our new NHP

and whats your point? The simply sets out the ability of the government to prevent the sale (especially where specific claims on a product are made) of products that could be hazardous to our health and in the event that they request it a scientific study must be done at the expense of the seller.

The legislation exists today in so many bits and pieces that it ends up being far to confusing to actually charge people who sell stuff that can harm people.
