thought Sunday couldn't get any more special, along comes World Music
Day. Started by French music and dance director Maurice Fleuret in
1982, the celebration (aka Fete de la Musique) arrived in Winnipeg
three years back. Local musicians - including rock quartet The Furr -
will play shows at Franco-Manitoban Cultural Centre from noon - 10 p.m.
and on the Corydon strip from 3:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. And, as in the other
