Don't "you" people understand that their are all sorts of different government agencies that get a certain amount of "your", not mine (eye don't pay taxes, ha, ha) to burn and waste?
I would rather the fed and Prov money go into repairing streets and back lanes, but if you cheque out the facts , U will find that their has been additional funding given to Winnipeg already to do more repairs. Mayor Sam has used it already to fix my Wellington Crescent street, although they screwed up the side part where I park my van!
They will have to re-do that portion!
It is a waste of ink to complain about a Government Agency that is building the Museum, to tell them to repair some streets! It is only nonsensical people that would say that!
Unfortunately this forum seems to have way two many of those ney-sayers!

And how many visitors went through that Museum last year?? Did you see the number?? Incredible- 1,700,000!!
If we get only 1,500,000 at $15 each= $22,500,000 and the running costs are covered!!
