Intellectually challenged is perfectly acceptable imo. I've worked with plenty of people that fit this catergory, and have asked them if they were sometimes. That usually gets the point across, that is, if possible, to engage the grey cells before the lip cells.

can someone help me out! What is the criticism? I thought it is a good idea to post what is offensive! I had no idea calling a black person a N---r was offensive, not inviting him over for a good chicken dinner would bother someone!
It would be good to continually print what some people take offense to, so you don't offend them.

I find the term dirty commie bastards offensive. It is an affrontage to refer to someone's personal hygiene without even knowing them. While there are many commie bastards out there, we should not be calling them dirty, perhaps they are just unwashed.

I had a native studies class once where the prof asked us about different racial slurs we had heard for natives. There were alot of the common ones, but man there were some ones I had never heard before (and funny - in a 'how the heck did the come up with that' kind of way.)

yeah, funny thing is, thats not actually a way of him asking what slurs there are, its a way of makign everyone realize they are guilty of racism even if they dont think they are.

When you first heard those slurs.. you do anything about it?
