That was actually last year I think...something about "Creative Accounting" being a good thing.

I recall an ad with a single graphite pencil being labeled "accountant", juxtaposed with a set of pencil crayons being labeled as "certified general accountant". It had a tongue-in-cheek reference to creative accounting. Perhaps that campaign was dropped for the reason you mentioned.

There are many creative and talented people in Winnipeg; it's the civic politicians that are complete duds. Unfortunately, they are the ones who represent the city, and therefore give the impression that Winnipeg lacks creativity.
