I have to say... yeah unfortunate that he would be caught up in this... BUT if things were as bad as they say they were in the ESP police force, AND he worked there since 2002... he had ample time to speak up before, during and after the event to change the force he was on .. maybe if he did events would not have unfolded the way they did.

You'd think they'd embrace him in the WPS? Brother's in arms eh? But you're right Deank. There is no doubt in my mind he played their game. Now he pays for playing that game.

Funny thing about integrity.

He seems to be blaming us, rather than the jerkoffs that were responsible for the loss of his reputation as a good cop. That's way off base as far as I'm concerned.

Heh...maybe he'll get that Bakema jerk to sell his house eh. Smile

Police forces everywhere are screaming for people. Including Winnipeg. If this dude was rejected by other police forces what does that tell us?

Here is a supposedly trained and experienced police officer. You'd think he knows Winnipeg. And Manitoba laws.

Why would the WPS reject his application?

Something sounds odd. Perhaps the WPS knows something about the ESP force?

Inquiring minds want to know.

WPS would reject his application simply because he was on ESP force, i would think.

with their reputation as low as it is, why would they want anyone to associate them with anyone from ESP?

i can see how that would be pretty much an automatic rejection, the same reasons might even apply for the RCMP,

it ain't right if its true, but that would be my best guess

The fact remains he was exposed and acclimatized to the environment in which that bad policing was ongoing. Kind of like fruit from the poisoned tree.

The media treat the police as they do politicians, without any mercy!
