This area is one of the gems this city has that if we were not so preocupied with trying to be someone else. We would not have forgotten about . We need to spend lots of time doing it to get it right , leaste it turm into another one of developers nightmares .

The plan would have to include moving the rail line. What kind of elite gated community has a railroad running through it?

The idea of a gated community has merit. Can they extend that to Main street and include the Sutherland. Once the gates are locked, do they let people out?
