I parked my truck downtown (Trieste) this morning, saw a guy taking a fit some 50 metres away, thought it was epilepsy, but the guy was talking to himself and avoiding collisions. He was attracting attention around the block. He then started to curl himself around a pole, and finished with that, he layed down on the sidewalk and started to roll up and down. In all this, he was slowly getting closer to my truck... Uhm... No... I got back in and away I went. I wonder what stuff he took? I wonder what happened after...

Probably a half dozen people that were standing around watching will find their wallets missing ?

Yes that is possible and so is we used to keep them in hospitals but we thought it was against their rights so now they wander the streets day and night . Safe isn't it .
