From the bit of the video we have (obviously we dont have from before)... but she was acting like a spoiled little brat.. asked to remove her shoes so she kicked them off at the cop....

Is that reason for what he did? frick NO......

Still cant believe the lawyer actually said the video is misleading...

The girl assaulted the police officer with her shoe! It is so clear, I do not know why you cop haters are even allowed to post, when your posts are so inflamming!
I bet you she was verballing assaulting the officers, and that is a no-no, and was handled in the normal course of operations.
I would like to see the other 500 videos where no one was attacked to put this in perspective!

A guy threw his shoes at Bush and didn't even get a beating like that! lol!

Mr Schene's lawyers had asked the judge not to release the video, arguing that it would inflame public opinion and prejudice the deputy's right to a fair trial.
Another legal tactic to stop people from believing their lying eyes.

I'm glad the Prosecutor says it was criminal conduct.

are you kidding? if this video came up in manitoba with our soft on crime, criminals are victims attitude, there would not only be a criminal trial but endless media, and multiple inquiries into the justice system, as well as a few cries of racism, for good measure.
