Is there any way to find out a deceased person's doctor or medical records?
My father passed last year in Alberta. I have an accountant helping me with his taxes, and he is asking me about any disability that can be claimed.
My father was very private, so while I know he suffered from several ailments and was off work for the last year or two of his life on disability, I probably don't know exactly enough to satisfy Revenue Canada's questions. (It didn't help that my dad's mind started going in the last years of his life!).
If I can find out his doctors name or medical records, it would help! Otherwise I'll just ignore it...
