It's the "definition of insanity" to keep spending more and more money on health care and hope for different results, Wall said.

Our provincial government has been insane for many years. They have felt that increasing the bureaucracy will help patients....well duh.

Love how Sask doesn't like equalization payments now that they are giving and not taking. That said, Manitoba needs to learn how to live on LESS and begin to ramp down spending. The equalization (welfare) payments should never be looked at as an ever-increasing freebie.

I doubt our socialist government will ever stop sucking at the federal government teats.

Then I guess we are screwed unless the new leader of the Conservative party can pull off an upset. Sad

Problem is the cuts will have to be so deep and so quick the PCs probably wont last more then one term.

Does our medical system reward for suggestions that make it more efficient?

I wonder why bureaucracies don't give a 10% of the savings as a reward for all suggestions that are put into action?
