eh...depends on the context I would say.
If it's a photo from the school play, or maybe a candid shot around the school...then it's fine.
If it's a photo with the caption "School Slut"...well, that might be a different story.

Heh...if she's going around the school dressed this way, I'd say she should be called a slut.

I'm sure it's just the camera angle, but there's a bit of a bondage thing going on with that top. It looks like her arms are bound up with a long black piece of fabric. With the knot being in the front that would be pretty useless. Then again, she is blonde ...

I would say not acceptable if it's unrelated to school - not because it's "slutty."
The pose is a little provocative and the top is revealing, but she's 18 and fully within her rights to behave as she wishes outside of an institution.
