There is no comparison between Doan and Selanne

Doan made what some thought were disparaging remarks about Winnipeg, Teemu has been all class.

Teemu will get the ovation he deserves, it will be his chance to say goodbye, something he was never able to do when he was traded

A small part of me hopes the Ducks trade him to us at the deadline, so he can finish his career here. I realize how disastrous this could be, but I think it could be very cool (for us).

Plus Doan played one year, his rookie year, in Winnipeg. Selanne scored a few more goals and assists too in his rookie season...

Seems cruel to build a going cart using the ex-landlord.. But I have had one or two that would definitely deserve something like that.

Everyone seems to think that the place will erupt if Selanne scores on us, and I just don't think that's going to happen. Maybe some applause when his name is announced, but that's it.
